Corporate and Transactional Attorney Bergen Parkinson, LLC Corporate and Transactional Attorney Job description Bergen & Parkinson, LLC seeks a bright, ambitious Corporate and Transactional Attorney with preferably 2 to 5 years of experience to join one of Southern Maine's most exciting and successful mid-size law firms. Qualifications:

Preferably 2-5 years of experience in law firm Corporate/Real Estate Transactional practice but also open to the right fit if newly out of law school; Maine bar license required (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly); Excellent communication, writing, organizational and problem-solving skills; Excellent client interface capabilities and attention to detail; Willingness to learn from senior attorneys and work both independently and collaboratively; Commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, leasing, financing experience, and working with closely held and family businesses helpful; and Enthusiasm for growing a book of business.

Compensation and Benefits :

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, with an annual performance-based bonus program, 3% 401k contribution, and partnership consideration upon development of skills, relationships and revenue generation. The firm provides paid health, life, and disability insurance together with a Health Reimbursement Arrangement for deductibles. Dental and supplemental life insurance are available.
