Job Description

Estate Attorneys- Clients Ready to meet- No cost to you Are you an experienced estate planning attorney looking to boost your bottom line without sacrificing your time or sanity? This role connects you with a steady stream of pre-qualified, intake-completed clients so you can focus on high-value legal work—not chasing leads or pushing paperwork. Why attorneys partner with us Pre-qualified, ready-to-engage clients - You meet only with clients who are prepared and ready to move forward; intake, information gathering, and appointment setting are all handled for you. No marketing costs, ever - We cover client acquisition and scheduling, so there's no ad spend, no lead lists, and no wasted time on tire-kickers. Full back-office support - Our team manages document preparation, deed retrieval, follow-ups, scheduling, and client coordination, so you stay focused on billable work. No-cost client database - Build a growing client base and referral network at zero expense, including matters outside our primary focus areas. Flexible integration with your practice - Add part-time or full-time work around your existing caseload; you control your availability, volume, and growth. Your role- Provide estate planning, business formation, asset protection, and Medicaid/special needs planning services. Review pre-collected intake information and supporting documents to prepare efficiently for each consultation. Conduct thorough client meetings and deliver practical, personalized legal strategies. Partner with a dedicated support team for a streamlined, turnkey experience from first contact to final documents. Ideal candidate- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in good standing in your state. Minimum 3 years' experience in estate planning or closely related practice areas. Proven experience in Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning. Able to independently onboard and manage clients within a structured, systematized environment. Multi-state licensure or reciprocity strongly preferred. What you gain- No-cost client acquisition and scheduling—stop grinding for business and spend your time on paid legal work. Comprehensive administrative and back-office support that slashes non-billable time. Higher earning potential by focusing on complex, high-value services instead of low-value tasks. Freedom and flexibility to design your ideal schedule and workload. Access to a nationwide network of experienced estate planning attorneys for referrals, collaboration, and continued growth. If you're ready to do more of the work that pays—and less of everything else—apply today to join a national legal network built to grow your practice and your profits.
