What you'll do Administer trust, estate, agency, and other fiduciary accounts in accordance with governing documents and applicable requirements. Build relationships with beneficiaries, families, attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors. Review account activity, evaluate distribution requests, and document decisions. Coordinate with investment, tax, legal, and operations partners to meet client needs. Identify opportunities to retain and grow trust relationships through referrals and professional networks. What you'll bring Direct experience in trust administration, estate administration, or managing fiduciary accounts. Ability to interpret trust documents and apply sound fiduciary judgment. Knowledge of estate planning concepts, trust operations, and relevant compliance requirements. Strong communication skills, especially when handling sensitive family matters.
