This position is ideal for a motivated attorney with strong advocacy and writing skills as well as experience in immigration law or other relevant legal practice areas, who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. Compensation is negotiable based on demonstrated skills and experience.

Responsibilities :

Attend hearings in Immigration Court including Individual Hearings Handle client interviews at USCIS, ICE, and other agencies Conduct jail visits Prepare clients for hearings Review applications Communicate effectively with the client at any stage of the process Draft motions and briefs as needed Enter notes into web-based case management system Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements :

J.D. and active bar license (any U.S. jurisdiction) 2 years of Immigration or related legal experience strongly preferred Fluency in the Spanish language preferred Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on teamwork Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
