This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in a diverse range of legal practice areas, including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, tribal law and regulations, patent law, personal injury, and general litigation. The Associate Attorney will play a vital role in providing comprehensive legal counsel, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and supporting trial preparation. This position is ideal for motivated legal professionals eager to develop their expertise across multiple disciplines while delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment. All positions are paid roles that contribute directly to our mission of delivering high-quality legal advocacy and solutions. Duties Draft and review legal documents including contracts, motions, pleadings, and correspondence with precision and clarity Assist in trial preparation by organizing evidence, preparing witnesses for depositions, and supporting courtroom proceedings Engage in client communication to provide updates, gather information, and clarify legal options effectively Manage case files utilizing legal case management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedural laws Participate in court depositions and hearings to advocate on behalf of clients under supervision Support negotiations with opposing counsel in settlement discussions across employment law, personal injury cases, and other litigation matters Qualifications Handle files during the pre-litigation / investigation phase, often coordinating teams of forensic experts Handle matters during litigation, from discovery to trial Conduct and defend depositions Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and hearings Assist with trial strategy, preparation, and trial as appropriate Handle matters in other states by means of pro hac vice admission Interact with clients and attend marketing functions Join us as an Associate Attorney to grow your legal expertise while making a meaningful impact through dedicated advocacy.
