Primarily On-Site | Opportunity for hybrid work as well A respected law firm in Michigan is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice. This position is ideal for an attorney with strong litigation experience and a background in real estate, mortgage, or related commercial matters. Candidates with broader litigation experience beyond insurance defense are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents Conduct depositions, court appearances, hearings, and mediations Develop case strategy and provide legal analysis Work directly with clients and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes Handle matters involving real estate, mortgage, commercial, and general civil litigation issues Qualifications Licensed to practice law in Michigan Strong litigation experience with the ability to independently manage a caseload Preferred experience in real estate, mortgage, or commercial litigation Insurance defense experience preferred Excellent written, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills Strong attention to detail and client service orientation What We Offer Competitive salary of $120,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience Established and collaborative legal team Sophisticated and diverse litigation matters Professional growth and advancement opportunities Hybrid flexibility If you are a litigation attorney seeking a dynamic practice with meaningful case responsibility and a strong team environment, we encourage you to apply.
