Our attorneys work closely with individuals and families to understand their goals and create thoughtful planning solutions. We also collaborate with clients' financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to provide comprehensive legal guidance. Role Description This full-time, on-site Probate Attorney role is based in Troy, MI. The attorney will handle probate and estate administration matters, guardianships and conservatorships, drafting and reviewing legal documents, preparing court filings, and managing case timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients and their families on probate processes, conducting legal research on estate and related issues, and representing clients in probate court hearings and negotiations. The role also involves working closely with colleagues and external advisors to coordinate comprehensive planning solutions and maintain accurate case files and documentation. The attorney will be expected to manage a caseload independently while maintaining strong communication with clients and the firm's leadership.
