CLEs Key Responsibilities End-to-End Client Advocacy:
Develop long-term professional relationships by counseling clients, tailoring legal strategies to their financial lives, and guide them through their legal journey.
Courtroom Leadership:
Prepare court filings and independently handle appearances before bankruptcy trustees and federal judges.
Stakeholder Relationships:
Act as a key face of the firm by building lasting professional rapport with judges, trustees, and courthouse staff.
Collaborative Strategy:
Partner with our national network of attorneys and paralegals to improve firm-wide practices and strategies.
Qualifications Bar Admission:
Must be admitted to practice law in the State of Missouri and/or Kansas.
Long-Term Mindset:
A strong desire to specialize, master a complex practice area, and grow into a leadership role within the firm.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal communication, high emotional intelligence, sharp organizational skills, and strict attention to detail.
