  • Health Plan Recovery About the Role Own high-stakes health plan recovery outcomes for some of the largest health plans in the country.
In this role, you and Intellivo act on behalf of the health plan to pursue and resolve complex subrogation matters across ERISA, Non-ERISA, and fully insured plans. You will lead negotiation strategy and drive financial outcomes by representing the health plan in recovery efforts against plaintiff attorneys, insurance carriers, and adjusters. You will handle matters involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall claims, medical malpractice, and workers' compensation cases, ensuring the health plan's reimbursement interests are protected and maximized. This is not a traditional legal role. Your work directly translates into measurable financial results for your clients, and your compensation is directly tied to the recoveries you generate, with uncapped earning potential. What You'll Own A high-value portfolio of health plan reimbursement and subrogation cases End-to-end negotiation strategy—from case positioning through final settlement Financial outcomesdirectly tied to recoveries for the health plans you represent Key decision-making authority, including escalation strategy, legal positioning, and settlement approach How You'll Operate Serve as a direct representative of the health plan, leading negotiations with plaintiff attorneys, carriers, and adjusters Apply legal and strategic expertise to maximize recovery value across ERISA, Non-ERISA, and fully insured plans Own case progression and drive matters efficiently from intake through resolution Leverage a dedicated legal assistant to handle administrative aspects of your cases, allowing you to focus on strategy, negotiation, and outcomes Maintain a focus on execution, leverage, and results—not administrative work What Success Looks Like Deliver consistent, high-value recovery outcomes across a high-volume portfolio Meet or exceed monthly settlement and recovery targets Make strong, timely decisions on case strategy, escalation, and settlement Increase impact over time by expanding portfolio capacity and leveraging additional legal assistant support
Compensation Base Salary:
$100,000
  • $120,000 (based on experience)
Performance Incentive:
Uncapped commission tied directly to individual recovery outcomes on cases

  • expand your portfolio, increase complexity, and build team leverage over time What You Bring Licensed attorney in at least one U.
S. jurisdiction (active and in good standing) 0-2 years of experience with a strong desire to accelerate growth in a performance-driven role High level of drive, competitiveness, and ownership mindset Demonstrated ability—or strong readiness—to manage a high-volume case portfolio Comfort operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Strong negotiation, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to prioritize, make decisions with speed, and move cases forward efficiently Collaborative, results-oriented approach with a focus on outcomes over process Who is Intellivo?
