Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate required A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in a related field required Knowledge of U. S. federal procurement laws, rules, and regulations for commercial items contracting, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). Should have substantive legal knowledge and the ability to counsel Sales and other key stakeholders in the following areas: government procurement, GSA contracting, commercial items contracts, licensing, data privacy and security, and intellectual property. Must be a lawyer qualified to practice in at least one U.S. State, and have a law degree from a reputable law school. Licensed Attorney (varies by state) required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proactive and able to provide innovative solutions that balance legal and business concerns. Enjoys working hard and being challenged. Strong written and oral communication skills . Demonstrates sound and pragmatic judgment in ambiguous situations. Comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Attentive to details, a good communicator, and an active listener. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $191,600 to $239,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay. The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
