If so, our growing trial practice firm is looking for an Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team at our Carthage, NC location. At our firm, we're not just legal practitioners

With two thriving locations in Carthage and Asheboro, NC, we focus on helping our clients with their legal issues in the areas of Criminal Law, Personal Injury, Family Law, Consumer Bankruptcy (Chapters 7 & 13), Social Security Disability, and Worker's Compensation claims. Our reputation for excellence, compassion, and commitment to our clients has fueled our growth, and we're seeking an Associate Attorney to further enhance our team. As an Associate Attorney, you will be an integral part of our mission to provide real solutions to our clients in our community who are struggling under the burden of their legal challenges. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys, engage in courtroom litigation, and hone your legal skills across a diverse range of practice areas.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, trials, hearings, and negotiations.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to build strong cases for our clients.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop effective legal strategies.
  • Provide sound legal advice and guidance to clients.
  • Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
  • Participate in client consultations and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Stay updated on relevant legal developments and precedents.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the North Carolina State Bar (or ability to gain admission).
  • Strong passion for courtroom work and litigation.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in legal work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathy and dedication to helping clients achieve their legal goals.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to professional growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary and benefits package. Starting pay for new graduates is $75,000.00
  • 85,000.00, but salary is negotiable for seasoned professionals. Salary review available after 90 days based upon performance, and opportunity for performance bonuses based upon productivity available as well.
