If so, our growing trial practice firm is looking for an Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team at our Carthage, NC location. At our firm, we're not just legal practitioners

- Represent clients in court proceedings, trials, hearings, and negotiations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to build strong cases for our clients.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop effective legal strategies.
- Provide sound legal advice and guidance to clients.
- Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
- Participate in client consultations and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and precedents.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the North Carolina State Bar (or ability to gain admission).
- Strong passion for courtroom work and litigation.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in legal work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Empathy and dedication to helping clients achieve their legal goals.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to professional growth.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary and benefits package. Starting pay for new graduates is $75,000.00
- 85,000.00, but salary is negotiable for seasoned professionals. Salary review available after 90 days based upon performance, and opportunity for performance bonuses based upon productivity available as well.
