Job Description

An established law firm is seeking an experienced Estate Litigation Attorney in Freehold, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on estate litigation matters. Draft correspondence, pleadings, and written discovery. Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, hearings, and trials. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to manage cases effectively. Build and maintain client relationships through networking and business development.
Requirements:
5-8 years of estate litigation experience. Active license to practice law in the State of New Jersey. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Client-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable with public speaking and business development.
