Our firm is involved in all facets of real estate development, including land acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, financing, construction, and development. Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Admitted to practice law in New Jersey 3-5 years of experience preferred in real estate, construction, or a related practice area Experience with real estate transactions and contracts Familiarity with land acquisition and development entitlements Experience assisting with real estate closings and loan transactions Familiarity working with banks, lenders, and other financial institutions Strong research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Entry-level attorneys with a strong interest in real estate development are encouraged to apply.
