full-time LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with an AmLaw firm that has entrusted us with their search for top-tier talent at your class year to join their rapidly expanding New York City office. Details are below. Matters include a mix of commercial litigation and white collar/investigations work, handling high-stakes disputes, internal investigations, regulatory matters, and enforcement actions for a diverse client base. Associates work side by side with senior attorneys on strategy, client counseling, and case management from the outset. You will participate in client calls, internal investigations, and meetings with in-house counsel. You will gain meaningful deposition, courtroom, and hearing experience. Partners maintain an open-door approach and are actively involved in training junior and midlevel associates. Mentorship extends beyond legal skills to include business development, career planning, and partnership-track guidance. The firm is known for promoting from within and supporting attorneys who want to build lasting careers and eventually develop their own practices. Billables stand at 1900. Compensation is highly competitive and includes a lucrative, formula-based bonus structure that provides substantial upside for associates who exceed billable expectations. 3 days in the office. NY bar and current experience at an AmLaw firm as a litigator required.
