A thriving and stable group of 6 Physicians and 6 APPs are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join their long-standing Private Practice that's been in the community for over 30 years. This is a quality-of-life position for those who want lower patient volumes, high practice autonomy, and a 4-day work week.

The Position:

• 4-day work week, Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri
• Private Practice encourages physicians to spend time with patients and build relationships them
• Low daily patient volumes of 14-16 per day
• Practice alongside 6 physicians and 6 APPs
• Compensation includes Base Salary of $300K with a Partnership option after 1 year, total income as a Partner exceeds $350K+
• Sign-on/Relocation of $50K, Full and Comprehensive Benefits, 401K w/ match, PTO, and CME
• $75K per year in student loan repayment; up to $300K total
