Confidential Employer. Job Description Manage complex litigation matters from case inception through trial. Develop litigation strategy and advise clients throughout all phases of litigation. Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements. Conduct and defend depositions, attend mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trials. Provide strategic legal analysis and case evaluations. Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys and legal support staff. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active membership in the Nevada State Bar. 4+ years of litigation experience.
