About Us We represent survivors of sexual abuse in civil cases. Our attorneys bring extensive experience advocating for these clients, and we're dedicated to helping them heal from their abuse by empowering them through the legal process. This work requires both skill and sensitivity, and we've built a workplace where our team can do it well, collaborative, supportive, and mission driven. About the Role We're seeking a dedicated Investigator to join our team at our Manhattan office. This is a full-time in-office position. You'll conduct thorough, sensitive investigations that form the foundation of our clients' cases, working closely with attorneys and other professionals from initial outreach through case preparation. This role requires both strong investigative instincts and genuine care in how you engage with survivors and witnesses. What You'll Do Conduct in-depth investigations into allegations of sexual abuse, including interviews with victims, witnesses, and perpetrators Cold call and conduct sensitive interviews involving traumatic or emotionally difficult subject matter Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals to prepare cases effectively Conduct online research and investigation to support case development and surface key insights Document findings thoroughly and produce detailed investigation reports What You Bring Proven experience conducting complex investigations, with strong problem-solving skills Prior experience conducting interviews, particularly in sensitive or trauma-related contexts Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience handling sensitive interviews Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a focus on accurate documentation Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with relevant investigative tools and technology
