Personal Injury Intake Specialist - Bilingual Spanish Required Position Summary We are seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Personal Injury Intake Specialist to join personal injury law firm. Fluency in Spanish is required for this position. The Intake Specialist will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, many of whom are experiencing serious injuries, financial stress, or uncertainty following an accident. This role requires someone who can communicate confidently in both English and Spanish, build trust quickly, gather detailed information, and provide an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is personable, compassionate, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls and leads. Key Responsibilities Answer and respond promptly to new client inquiries in English and Spanish . Conduct thorough initial intake interviews with prospective personal injury clients. Gather detailed information regarding accidents, injuries, medical treatment, insurance coverage, witnesses, property damage, and other relevant facts. Ask appropriate follow-up questions to understand the circumstances surrounding each potential case. Identify important case details, including dates of accidents, parties involved, liability information, insurance information, and potential deadlines. Accurately enter client and case information into the firm's case management system. Follow up consistently with prospective clients to obtain missing information or documentation. Assist prospective clients with the firm's onboarding process and representation paperwork. Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients in both English and Spanish . Maintain strict confidentiality of all prospective-client and client information. Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, case managers, and other staff to ensure a smooth transition from intake to representation. Maintain accurate records and documentation for every potential case. Track leads, consultations, follow-ups, and signed representation agreements. Deliver a professional and positive experience that reflects the firm's commitment to its clients. Required Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English — required. Previous experience in a personal injury law firm, legal intake, law firm, insurance, healthcare, customer service, or sales environment preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Strong telephone presence and active listening skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to ask sensitive questions with professionalism and empathy. Ability to recognize important case facts and know when to escalate a matter to an attorney. Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and leads. Excellent follow-up and time-management skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude. Preferred Experience Experience with personal injury cases such as: Automobile and motorcycle accidents Truck and commercial vehicle accidents Pedestrian and bicycle accidents Slip-and-fall and premises liability Construction accidents Ideal Candidate The successful candidate is someone who: Speaks Spanish fluently and can comfortably conduct an entire intake conversation in Spanish. Is confident and personable on the phone. Knows how to make prospective clients feel heard and valued. Can remain calm and empathetic when speaking with injured or distressed individuals. Is naturally curious and knows how to ask effective questions. Is highly organized and detail-oriented. Has strong follow-up skills and does not let qualified leads fall through the cracks. Can balance compassion with the ability to efficiently qualify potential cases. Takes ownership of their work and is motivated by results. Understands that the intake process is often the prospective client's first impression of the law firm .

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
