31st August, 2026 Our client in Buffalo, NY, is looking for a Business Immigration Attorney to join their team! This is an on-site/full-time/permanent position Salary range based on experience: $95k-$130k
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Business Immigration Attorney with 1-5 years of experience in business immigration law. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications (e.g., E/1-2, H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, EB-1/2/3 green cards, naturalization) in the business context Conduct client consultations and manage case intake. Mentor law clerks and paralegals. Research statutes, regulations, and case law. Maintain client relationships and provide strategic legal guidance. Participate in firm marketing and networking initiatives.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Active member in good standing of any U.S. Bar. 1-5 years of business immigration experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools.
