Annual Job Summary:

Seeking a Workers Compensation Associate Attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience. We are a multi-office law firm, seeking a motivated attorney to join a busy worker's compensation practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience handling defense workers compensation matters.

Minimum Qualifications:

JD from an ABA accredited law school; law review membership preferred Admitted to practice in New York; being licensed in additional states is a plus but not necessary 2+ years of litigation experience Excellent written and oral communications skills Strong organizational and time management skills Experience handling court appearances and depositions is preferred Proficient in managing a caseload and accompanying deadlines independently and responsibly
