Job Description

Russo Law Group, a well-established and growing Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Special Needs Planning firm, is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys working directly with clients, developing comprehensive estate plans, and helping families navigate complex planning issues. Experience with Special Needs Planning is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Meet with clients to identify planning goals and recommend appropriate estate planning strategies Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies, and related estate planning documents Develop sophisticated planning strategies for asset protection, incapacity planning, and family wealth transfer Advise families regarding Special Needs Trusts, Supplemental Needs Trusts, and planning for individuals with disabilities Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure exceptional client service Maintain strong client relationships and guide matters from consultation through document signing Qualifications Admission to practice law in New York Minimum of 5 years of estate planning experience Strong drafting and client counseling skills Ability to independently manage client matters Experience with trusts, asset protection planning, and incapacity planning Special Needs Planning experience preferred Elder Law experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Health benefits 401(k) with employer contribution Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients and their families If you are passionate about helping families plan for the future and are looking to join a respected, mission-driven firm, we encourage you to apply.

$80,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
