$75,000

• $85,000 USD per year We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Associate Attorney ( active bar license of any State ) to join our legal team in Jackson Heights, New York.

This is an onsite role that requires a strong commitment to client representation and legal excellence.

Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in various legal matters, including preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing legal counsel.
• Attend court appearances as required, representing clients effectively and professionally.
• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and efficient progression of cases.
• Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed of case developments and providing clear, concise legal advice.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies and ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
• Maintain accurate and organized client files and case documentation.

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LLM degree from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing Bar license in any state will work.
• Work authorization in the United States is mandatory.
• Prior experience in immigration law is a plus.
• Experience in other areas of law practice is also preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in any language, but not a must.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to providing high-quality legal services and advocating for clients' best interests.
