Pay Rate:

$42/hr (W2)

One-round panel interview Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Trust Relationship Manager to manage complex trust and estate accounts while delivering high-quality client service and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trust administration, client relationship management, investment concepts, and operational risk controls. Key Responsibilities Provide proactive client service by communicating with clients, attending meetings, and responding to inquiries in accordance with service standards. Administer complex trust and estate accounts in accordance with governing documents, client instructions, internal policies, and applicable regulations. Monitor and collect receivables and invest funds when applicable. Strengthen existing client relationships through cross-selling and referrals, supporting fee-based revenue growth and the development of profitable relationships. Ensure documentation for new and existing relationships is complete and compliant. Work with legal counsel and management to negotiate agreement provisions. Provide guidance and training to less experienced team members and participate in action groups and committees. Follow compliance and operational risk controls, implement audit requirements, and address regulatory issues promptly. Exercise delegated authority to approve discretionary payments and sign legal documents; escalate matters that exceed authorized limits. Required Qualifications At least 10 years of progressive trust administration experience , or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of regulations governing trust and estate administration. Excellent communication, analytical, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with personal computers and relevant mainframe systems or software. Strong understanding of investment markets and concepts, with the ability to discuss investment performance with clients. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree and/or Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation. Experience partnering with Private Banking and Trust & Fiduciary Services teams.
