We are seeking an experienced Attorney to join our growing Insurance Defense Litigation team. This opportunity offers hands-on litigation experience, meaningful responsibility, and mentorship from experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in insurance defense litigation matters.

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.

Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and other legal resources.

Attend depositions, court conferences, mediations, and negotiations.

Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.

Manage and prioritize a diverse litigation caseload.

Handle matters through various stages of litigation with increasing independence.

QualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school.

Admission to the New York State Bar required.3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense.

Connecticut and/or New Jersey Bar admission is a plus.

Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Excellent case management and organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote legal team.
