The attorney will handle insurance coverage and related litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, conducting legal research, and managing discovery.
Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing insurance policies and claims, advising clients on coverage issues, participating in negotiations and settlement discussions, and collaborating with partners and other team members on case strategy.
The role also involves preparing for and attending court conferences, hearings, and trials as needed, as well as maintaining organized case files and clear communication with clients.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and admission in good standing to the New York State Bar (or eligibility for prompt admission).Strong legal writing and analytical skills, with attention to detail in drafting and reviewing documents.
Ability to manage multiple matters, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Prior experience in insurance coverage, commercial litigation, or related practice areas is preferred.
