$200,000•$300,000 per year Job Details•Qualifications 3+ years of commercial litigation experience including Experience with business and partnership disputes, fraud/business tort litigation, breach of contract matters, shareholder and corporate governance disputes, civil forfeiture matters, and/or complex commercial litigation involving regulatory or criminal crossover issues Experience handling matters from inception through resolution Strong motion practice, deposition, court appearance, and case management experience Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Experience with fraud, business disputes, investigations, or other complex litigation matters is a plus
