This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to develop strong litigation skills, gain meaningful courtroom experience, and build a long-term practice in matrimonial law. Must have strong research and writing skills. Responsibilities will include extensive contact with clients, adversaries, and courts; drafting motion papers, pleadings, post-trial memoranda, and stipulations of settlement; preparing discovery demands and responses; advocating at court conferences; negotiating settlements, preparing for trial, and second-seating trials. Deposition and/or trial experience is a plus. The right candidate will be friendly, cooperative, and dedicated.
