Political Subdivisions Attorney - General Law Director Support and Public Sector Litigation Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking an attorney with 4+ years' experience to join its growing Political Subdivisions practice in Ohio. The position will primarily support matters serviced from our Lebanon, Ohio office, although candidates may alternatively be based in other Ohio offices to support the practice's expanding geographic needs. Successful candidates will bring litigation experience and a strong interest in public-sector law. Experience representing municipalities, townships, counties, school districts, and other public entities in complex disputes while serving as a trusted advisor to local government clients, a plus. The attorney will work closely with the firm's Political Subdivisions and Education teams, representing clients in state and federal courts, administrative proceedings, and other contested matters. The role may also include serving on law director teams that provide general counsel services to public entities, and attending client meetings, which include evening meetings. Travel required. Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
