Job Description
Three to Five Year Estate planning and probate attorney sought for busy practice in Norman. A chance to run your own cases and for partnership. The ideal candidate has some experience in both estate planning and probate or at least general civil litigation. People skills, work ethic, and passion are a must. Develop foundational and comprehensive estate plans for clients, including office meetings, phone calls, correspondence, research, and document drafting. Review estate plans and define best course of action. Work with the legal team to compil proper business plans for clients. Assist with LLC formation, and operating agreements. Handle court appearances for probate matters including occasional litigation.

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
