Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, motions, pleadings, settlement agreements, and client correspondence with precision and clarity. Engage in effective negotiation to resolve disputes amicably while advocating zealously for clients' interests. Maintain meticulous case management records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date within the firm's legal case management system. Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates on case progress, gather necessary information, and clarify legal options. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with active bar admission in relevant jurisdictions. 3-5 years proven experience in general litigation with a focus on personal injury law, employment law, or commercial disputes. Strong knowledge of procedural law and experience preparing legal motions and court filings. Familiarity with legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis to support case development. Excellent writing skills for drafting pleadings, motions, contracts, and client communications. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
