Litigation Associate - Oklahoma City, OK

• Description:
• Fox Rothschild, an AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking an accomplished Litigation Associate to join its Litigation Department in Oklahoma City.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to be a part of and collaborate with a dynamic litigation team that handles sophisticated matters in a fast-paced practice. Each member of the litigation team meaningfully contributes to case strategy and its implementation. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of relevant litigation experience, sound judgment, strong advocacy skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Experience handling oil and gas matters is particularly valued.

• Qualifications:
• + Juris Doctorate (JD) required. + Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma. + Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a high-performing litigation team.
• Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• + Strong research, writing skills, and academic record required. + General litigation experience, including courtroom and deposition experience, is desired. + Ability to manage assignments and deadlines efficiently within a collaborative team environment. + Experience in either a large law firm or boutique law firm is preferred.
• Work Environment & Physical Demands
• + This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
• Physical Requirements
• + Sedentary work: Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
