What You'll Be Doing Advise company leaders on legal, employment, and business matters. Lead HR work, including employee relations, hiring, pay, and benefits. Handle legal matters directly and work with outside attorneys when needed. What We're Looking For A JD and an active law license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. At least 10 years of progressive legal and/or HR leadership experience, with meaningful work in both areas and senior leadership experience.
