Company Description Kane, Pugh, Knoell, Troy & Kramer, LLP—a highly regarded civil litigation defense firm with five decades of legal excellence—is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with up to three years of relevant experience to join our Blue Bell office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney eager to handle a diverse caseload, gain hands-on litigation experience, and grow within a collaborative, well-established team. Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, pleadings, and briefs Manage discovery, including propounding and responding to discovery requests Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts Represent clients in court at hearings, conferences, and trials Maintain regular communication with clients, including insurance carriers, and provide strategic legal counsel Effectively manage case files and meet deadlines Qualifications Graduate of an ABA-approved law school with a J.D. Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania (PA/NJ dual license preferred) Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience Strong writing and oral advocacy skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional organizational and project management abilities Ability to manage a varied and independent caseload What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package A collegial work environment with experienced litigators Flexibility Opportunities for professional growth and development Hands-on litigation and trial experience We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
