Job Description

Associate Attorney - Medical Malpractice Defense Build your litigation career with a well-established medical malpractice defense firm in suburban Philadelphia. We are seeking a full-time associate attorney to join our busy, collaborative practice and gain hands-on experience with guidance from experienced trial attorneys. This opportunity is ideal for a newer attorney interested in developing a strong foundation in litigation. Prior litigation experience is helpful but not required. We welcome candidates who bring strong writing skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities include:
Drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence under attorney supervision Conducting legal research and assisting with motion practice Reviewing and summarizing medical records Assisting with case preparation and strategy Attending court appearances, depositions, and other proceedings
Qualifications:
Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar required 1-3 years of experience preferred Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to stay organized, manage assignments, meet deadlines, and take direction Dependability, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality work A professional, collaborative approach and an interest in developing litigation skills What we offer: A competitive salary, an excellent benefits package, and a supportive environment where training and mentorship are part of your development.
