POSITION OVERVIEW

Zacharia Brown & Bratkovich is a thriving estate planning and elder law practice looking to grow our team. We're seeking an experienced Pennsylvania-licensed attorney who can step in immediately, take ownership of a robust caseload, and hit the ground running from day one. The ideal candidate brings substantial experience drafting complex wills and trusts, handling probate matters, and advising clients on special needs trusts. Experience representing high-net-worth clients is a bonus, and additional bar admissions are a plus. We're looking for a self-starter with strong community and professional relationships — someone who is highly motivated, thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, and is excited to continue building on their established client base. Our team supports one another across practice areas, and we're looking for a genuine team player whose strong work ethic and collaborative mindset will add to both our client experience and our firm culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Required and Preferred Qualifications Pennsylvania bar admission (required). 5+ years of experience in estate planning (required) and elder law (preferred). Substantial experience drafting complex wills and trusts. Probate experience (required). Special needs trust experience (preferred). High-net-worth client experience (a plus). Strong community and professional networking relationships (required). Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision. An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in business development. Flexibility and willingness to support multiple practice areas and team needs. Experience with Medicaid applications and planning (preferred) Orphan's Court and Guardianship Experience (preferred) Client Relations and Business Development Maintain strong client and community relationships through regular communication and updates Participate in community outreach and educational workshops and presentations Contribute to firm marketing and business development initiatives Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals
