In this role, the attorney will work in a highly collaborative, team environment to provide legal counsel to organizations investigating and responding to data privacy and cybersecurity incidents. Associates will collect information needed to understand the issue and scope of each situation, engage and direct experts needed to appropriately investigate and respond to the event, and communicate to regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and other third-parties as needed while advising clients throughout the investigation. Due to the unpredictable nature of cybersecurity events, all Partners and Associates participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide crisis management support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have membership in good standing to the Pennsylvania Bar, a curiosity to learn more about cybersecurity law, and an enthusiastic and team-oriented attitude. Exceptional analytic, writing, communication, and preparation skills, plus focused attention to detail are key to performing well in our highly responsive environment.
