Job Summary A well-respected law firm is seeking a Community Association Attorney to join its growing practice in Doylestown, PA. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in community association law, condominium and homeowners association matters, board governance, contract drafting, collections, enforcement, and related litigation. The Community Association Attorney will work closely with association boards and internal legal teams in a collaborative, client-focused environment. This role offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships, develop specialized legal expertise, and contribute to a stable and expanding practice area. Key Responsibilities
- Advise condominium, homeowner, and community associations on legal, governance, operational, and enforcement matters.
- Draft, review, and revise governing documents, contracts, resolutions, policies, and related legal documents.
- Attend board meetings, provide legal guidance to association boards, and support board election processes.
- Manage collection matters involving delinquent association accounts and assist with enforcement actions.
- Support civil litigation matters, including trial preparation, hearings, and appellate work when needed.
- Communicate clearly with clients, boards, opposing counsel, courts, and internal team members. Compensation and Benefits
Salary:
$100,000 to $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.Job Type:

- Advise community associations on governance, compliance, collections, contracts, and enforcement matters.
- Draft and review governing documents, contracts, policies, resolutions, and association-related legal materials.
- Support board meetings, elections, client communications, and strategic legal guidance.
- Assist with litigation, trial work, and appellate matters as needed.
- Active Pennsylvania Bar admission, or pending Pennsylvania Bar admission.
- 3 to 5 years of legal experience preferred, although recent law graduates and judicial clerks may be considered.
- Strong academic credentials and demonstrated legal writing ability.
- Excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and client service skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage matters independently and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented legal environment.
- Strong interest in community association law, governance matters, and client advisory work. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with community association law, condominium law, or homeowners association law.
- Experience drafting governing documents, contracts, policies, and board-related legal materials.
- Experience advising boards, attending board meetings, and handling election matters.
- Collection, enforcement, and delinquent account matter experience.
- Civil litigation experience, including trial or appellate practice.
- Judicial clerkship experience.
