Valid Pennsylvania Life & Health Insurance License. Minimum of five years of direct experience in the insurance brokerage or agency sector. Demonstrated ability to manage a full book of business and meet growth targets. Strong command of agency management systems and digital rating tools. Effective public speaking and networking abilities within the Lancaster business community. Responsibilities Lead our Lancaster office by setting a standard for excellence in client service and policy advocacy. Cultivate and nurture relationships with local business owners and families to provide comprehensive protection plans. Analyze current market trends to offer competitive, well-researched options that address specific client risks. Mentor junior staff members, fostering an environment of shared knowledge and professional development. Maintain high standards of accuracy in underwriting submissions and policy documentation. Represent The Atlantic District at community events and local professional gatherings to build our brand presence.
