Job Description

Fellerman & Ciarimboli Law P.C., is looking to hire a full-time Staff Attorney to join their litigation team in Scranton, PA with a potential signing bonus. Fellerman & Ciarimboli is a local trusted, multidisciplinary law firm that has been serving the legal needs of clients throughout Eastern Pennsylvania since 2000. The Staff Attorney position is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build or expand their experience in medical malpractice and personal injury law within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Attorneys in this role will gain hands-on experience managing cases and working closely with senior attorneys on sophisticated litigation matters. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of medical malpractice and personal injury cases from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda Conduct legal research and case evaluations Participate in depositions, including clients, fact witnesses, and experts Assist with trial preparation, mediations, and arbitrations Attend hearings, conferences, and court appearances in NEPA counties Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on case strategy Maintain regular communication with clients and provide case updates Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active license and good standing in Pennsylvania 2-6+ years of litigation experience (personal injury and/or medical malpractice preferred) Strong writing, research, and analytical skills Deposition and courtroom experience is a plus, but not required Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively Strong interpersonal skills and client-focused mindset

NEPA Pay:
$75,000.00 - $92,169.38 per year
