Responsibilities Meet directly with clients Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, deeds, contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents Conduct legal research Prepare correspondence and legal memoranda Attend hearings and court appearances Assist with litigation strategy and case preparation Manage client matters under attorney supervision Maintain excellent client communication throughout representation Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff
Qualifications Required:
Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania J.D. from an accredited law school 0-3 years of legal experience Excellent writing and communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Professional demeanor Ability to work independently while accepting mentorship and feedback
Preferred:
