Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
Handle defamation and online harm cases from intake through resolution Draft complaints, motions, and demand letters Work directly with clients facing real reputational damage Address matters involving: Cyberbullying (school, college, sorority, fraternity) Anonymous online attacks and harassment Defamatory blog and forum content Online reviews and business defamation Dark web-related reputational issues Privacy violations and First Amendment-related disputes Develop case strategy and move matters forward aggressively This is hands-on, meaningful legal work — not back-office support.
