Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case development across various practice areas Draft legal documents including contracts, motions, pleadings, briefs, and client correspondence with precision and clarity Assist in trial preparation by organizing evidence, preparing witnesses for depositions and court appearances, and developing case strategies Participate in court depositions and support litigation efforts through detailed case analysis and procedural compliance Negotiate settlements and legal terms on behalf of clients while maintaining professional integrity and strategic focus Manage multiple cases efficiently using legal case management software to ensure deadlines are met and client needs are addressed promptly Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal options, progress updates, and answer inquiries with transparency and professionalism Skills Proven experience or strong familiarity with estate planning, family law, environmental law, immigration law, securities law, workers' compensation law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, personal injury case experience, employment law case experience, and general & commercial litigation Excellent research skills utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw for statutory legal research and case law analysis Proficient in legal drafting including contracts, motions, pleadings, and other court documents Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients in settlement discussions or trial settings Knowledge of procedural laws governing court depositions and trial procedures Demonstrated ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Effective written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and courtroom advocacy Experience with legal case management systems to organize files and track case progress Familiarity with legal administrative processes such as filing motions, preparing trial exhibits, and managing deadlines Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional legal services.
