Job Description
Reiferson Dee PLC is a law firm of seasoned attorneys with a nationwide practice. We represent institutional lenders, loan servicers and borrowers in commercial and multifamily real estate transactions. The firm is recognized for its depth of knowledge and experience and is relied upon for resolving the complex issues that develop during the life cycle of a commercial real estate loan. We have significant expertise in balance sheet and securitized lending, and CMBS and agency origination and servicing, with experience in virtually every aspect of real estate finance transactions. Reiferson Dee is seeking to add an Associate Attorney to the team. In this role, you will represent lenders in sophisticated commercial real estate finance transactions, with a primary focus on multifamily housing originations, structured finance transactions, and securitization due diligence. You will work closely with clients, attorneys, lenders, and other transaction participants to structure, negotiate, document, and close complex commercial real estate financing transactions. The Associate Attorney will independently manage multiple transactions while benefiting from robust training and professional development with the firm's Managing Member and other experienced members of the firm. This includes hands-on mentorship and shadowing opportunities designed to deepen your knowledge of the firm's practice and provide exposure to sophisticated commercial real estate finance transactions. The role also offers a path toward membership. We are seeking an attorney with strong commercial real estate finance experience, exceptional legal drafting and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a desire to continue learning and growing within an experienced team.
