Recent bar exam takers also encouraged to apply. Duties Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and statutory interpretation. Draft and review legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements with precision and clarity. Prepare for trial by organizing evidence, developing case strategies, and assisting with trial preparation activities. Represent clients in court depositions, hearings, and negotiations to advocate effectively on their behalf. Manage a diverse caseload across practice areas such as criminal defense litigation and family law matters. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather information, and clarify legal options. Maintain meticulous case management records using legal case management systems to ensure timely filings and compliance with court procedures. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the state bar is required.
