Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team and assist in managing family law and/or bankruptcy cases. This role is ideal for either: A recent graduate admitted to the Florida Bar , seeking mentorship An experienced attorney looking for a flexible, client-centered practice You will work directly with clients, guiding them through sensitive legal matters such as divorce, custody, and financial restructuring.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial client consultations and case evaluations Divorce (contested and uncontested) Child custody and support Paternity, visitation, and adoption Emergency motions and restraining orders Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and motions Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and proceedings Assist with bankruptcy matters (Chapter 7 and 13) as needed Maintain consistent communication with clients, including timely updates and availability

Qualifications:

Active member of the Florida Bar (required) Strong interest or experience in family law and/or bankruptcy Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to handle sensitive client matters with professionalism and empathy Willingness to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
