Description:
We seek a civil litigation Attorney to join our team who is admitted to the New Jersey Bar and has at least two years or more experience with a New Jersey law firm handling personal injury litigation on behalf of plaintiffs. Experience with medical malpractice and/or employment litigation is a plus. The responsibilities include, legal research, taking and defending depositions, preparing and responding to discovery demands, preparing and filing pleadings, motions, briefs, oral argument of motions and assisting with trials.Required Skills:
Familiarity with N.J. Court Rules and Procedures, including N.J. E-courts and Pacer. Excellent legal research and brief writing skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong oral communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously Strong negotiation and advocacy skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
