Job Description

Our firm, with its primary office located in Westlake Village, CA, is led by a renowned trial attorney with over 40 years of legal expertise. We specialize in a wide range of civil legal services, including business formation, litigation, estate planning, real estate transactions, employment law, personal injury, and more. We pride ourselves on delivering efficient resolutions and personalized attention to all our clients throughout their legal journeys. In addition to our Westlake Village office, we also have an office in Burbank, CA, allowing us to conveniently serve clients in both Ventura and Los Angeles Counties.
Role Description:
We are excited to announce an opening for a full-time Associate Attorney. This role involves providing legal advice, conducting research, representing clients in court appearances, and engaging with clients throughout the legal process. While this position will be based in our Westlake Village office, our flexible work model allows for some work from home, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
Qualifications:
Strong legal research and writing skills Experience in civil litigation Proficient research and negotiation skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active member of the State Bar of California At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in: Conducting client consultations Drafting legal documents Preparing discovery Preparing motions Preparing cases for court Attending hearings and depositions Representing clients in trials Negotiating settlement agreements If you are a dedicated legal professional looking to advance your career in a supportive, dynamic, and growing environment, we would love to hear from you!
