As a new associate, you'll receive hands-on training , mentorship from experienced litigators, and direct courtroom experience within your first year —often more than you'd get at a large firm over five years. What You'll Do As a Litigation Attorney at Hefley Law, you will: Represent employers, carriers, and self-insured entities in WCAB litigation and administrative hearings Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Conduct and defend depositions Appear at court hearings and conferences Engage in settlement negotiations and client strategy meetings Gain exposure to trial preparation and possible trial participation Collaborate with top-tier clients and colleagues in a high-performance environment What Sets Us Apart Experience now, not later
