Investigate factual and legal issues associated with coverage disputes and litigation matters.

Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, pleadings, and other litigation filings.

Manage all phases of discovery, including written discovery and document review.

Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal legal teams.
