Job Description
Our client is seeking a Contract Attorney to support a busy Toxic Tort Litigation practice on a fully remote basis. This opportunity is available on either a full-time or part-time schedule and is expected to last 3-6 months, with an immediate start date. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and writing skills and be comfortable handling substantive motion practice in a fast-paced litigation environment. There is no shortage of work, and they are ready for someone to come in and help support! ResponsibilitiesDraft and revise Motions for Summary Judgment, oppositions, and related briefing.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on substantive and procedural issues.
Analyze case records, discovery, deposition transcripts, and expert materials to support motion practice.
Collaborate with attorneys on toxic tort and other complex litigation matters.
Assist with additional litigation-related writing projects as needed.
